  • Development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Setting sales targets and budgeting
  • Planning and organization of sales activities
  • Team management: recruiting, training and managing sales staff
  • Maintaining relationships with key customers, resolving customer inquiries
  • Market research and monitoring of market activities
  • Monitoring sales performance and implementing performance improvement measures
  • Collaboration with product management in the development of new products


YOUR SKILLS AND TALENTS

  • Experience as a sales manager or comparable position
  • Proven results in achieving sales targets and budget targets
  • Effective team management with recruitment, training and motivation of sales staff
  • Knowledge in building and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Continuous adaptation to market changes and implementation of successful sales strategies
  • Creation and analysis of reports and KPIs for management and controlling
