Job description
We are looking for a dynamic personality to expand our sales to the highest level under your experienced leadership as Sales Manager.
Area of responsibility
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Setting sales targets and budgeting
- Planning and organization of sales activities
- Team management: recruiting, training and managing sales staff
- Maintaining relationships with key customers, resolving customer inquiries
- Market research and monitoring of market activities
- Monitoring sales performance and implementing performance improvement measures
- Collaboration with product management in the development of new products
YOUR SKILLS AND TALENTS
- Experience as a sales manager or comparable position
- Proven results in achieving sales targets and budget targets
- Effective team management with recruitment, training and motivation of sales staff
- Knowledge in building and maintaining key customer relationships
- Continuous adaptation to market changes and implementation of successful sales strategies
- Creation and analysis of reports and KPIs for management and controlling
